With over 30 years’ Jim is a leader in global health with demonstrated credibility in both public and private sectors. He has experience managing health service delivery and other social sector programs. With long-term working experience in Thailand, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, and Sierra Leone, Jim has worked for USAID as well as several USAID implementing partners. He is currently the director of the ARBP Strategic Growth team. Jim has an undergraduate degree in health education and a master’s degree in Public Health from the Columbia School of Public Health.
